1. Shipping Policy

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on eligible orders. Check the product page for details on applicability.

  • Delivery Times: Shipping times vary based on your location and are estimated at checkout. Most orders are delivered within 5-10 business days in India.

  • Process: Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to the address provided.

  • Risk of Loss: Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery. Inspect packages upon receipt and report damages within 7 days by contacting riya@luxariya.com.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Pre-Shipment Cancellations: You may cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us at riya@luxariya.com or 9019338439. Cancellations are subject to approval and must be requested promptly.

  • Post-Shipment Cancellations: Once an order is shipped, cancellations are not guaranteed. Please await delivery and refer to our returns policy below.

  • Processing Time: Cancellation requests processed before shipment will be confirmed within 24-48 hours.

3. Returns and Refund Policy

  • Eligible Returns: We accept returns for items that are defective, damaged, or significantly different from the description. Returns due to change of mind or standard wear are not accepted.

  • Timeframe: Report issues within 7 days of delivery by emailing riya@luxariya.com with order details and photos of the problem.

  • Return Process:

    • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged upon delivery. Use a trackable method and retain proof of shipment.

    • We will inspect returned items within 7 business days of receipt and notify you of the refund status.

  • Refund Process: Upon approval, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10-15 business days. The refund amount will reflect the purchase price (e.g., Rs. 1,997.00 for eligible items).

  • Exceptions:

    • Shipping costs and custom orders are non-refundable.

    • Products on sale (e.g., Rs. 1,997.00 from Rs. 4,000.00) are eligible for refunds only if defective, subject to the same conditions.

    • Out-of-stock items canceled by us will result in a full refund.
